When you create something, you own the rights to that work. You decide who can use the work and for what purpose and manner. When developing a new software program or piece of technology, there are certain elements that you can and cannot copyright. Our attorneys explain the often-complicated copyright process, especially when it involves complex codes, telecommunications, semiconductors, networks, microprocessors, software and the Internet. Our attorneys provide skilled representation when other parties misappropriate your copyrighted works.
